This immersive mindfulness training will teach the practice of mindfulness as a way of bringing great awareness, ease, energy, and freedom into daily life. Mastermind Chief Mindfulness Officer Dorsey Standish will take participants on a journey through the historical evolution of mindfulness, important brain health benefits of practice, and various mindfulness techniques – all in a supportive environment structured to lay the foundation for a sustainable personal practice. Attendees will leave with a sense of connection to a virtual community and new mindful tools for a calm, settled, and productive mind.
This 4-week series is designed for beginner and intermediate mindfulness practitioners wanting to unlock their highest potential through a commitment to a personal mindfulness practice.
