Instructor: Veleisa Patton Burrell is a certified meditation and mindfulness leader who leverages her knowledge of the science and principles of wellness to inspire her students to reduce mental clutter and find more space to ‘be’ instead of ‘do.’ A longtime meditation practitioner and advocate, she received her certification for science-based mindfulness from Mastermind in 2020. When she’s not leading mindfulness and yoga classes, Veleisa advises DFW businesses as the founder and CEO of Narrative Evolution Communications.
