This accessible 4-week mindfulness series will support you in deepening your mindfulness practice and cultivating healthy mental attitudes for stress reduction, resiliency, and increased perspective. Part I of the Attitudes series will deepdive into Non-Judgment, Patience, Beginner’s Mind, Trust and Non-Striving as mental attitudes that support and nourish your commitment to mindful living. Each session will include brain health learning, teachings on the Attitudes of Mindfulness, 20 minutes of guided meditation, and time for reflection and discussion.
This course is designed for all levels of mindfulness practitioners to gain a deeper understanding and implementation of mindful meditation. Price includes live online classes plus access to recordings of classes during the month of the session.
