Burnout Is Stealthy – Mindfulness Strategies for Recognizing It and Building Resilience


A 2020 Mental Health America study indicated that 75% of workers have recently experienced burnout, with 40% saying it was directly due to the coronavirus pandemic. Can you relate? Burnout is stealthy, and we don’t always recognize our emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion as something that needs to be addressed and mitigated. In this 60-minute virtual workshop, you will learn about the three components of burnout and explore evidence-based strategies to relieve exhaustion and boost resilience. The class will offer neuroscience learning, rejuvenating mindfulness exercises, and key takeaways for fostering resilience and well-being in daily life.
