Mindfulness for Moms (Free Series)

July 13 - August 3

Join Mastermind teachers Dorsey Standish, Alexis Ray, and Adrianne Bagley, M.D. for a special mindfulness series to support moms with relaxation and self-care. Each class will include a science-based mindfulness teaching, gentle mindful movement, and a 15-minute mindful meditation to support moms in lowering stress levels and integrating new brain-healthy habits for calm and focus.

Researcher and author Brené Brown says, “connection can only be cultivated between two people when it exists within each one of them," and science shows us that connection to our social environment and others is a key aspect of our growth and well-being. In Strength Through Connection, we will explore the neuroscience behind our need for connection and use emotional intelligence and mindfulness learning to create personal strategies to strengthen our bonds to ourselves and others.

Creativity Through Mindfulness

Research by LinkedIn shows that creativity is the most-wanted soft skill of 2020. But creativity goes beyond the arts - especially if you can't draw a straight line. The ability to innovatively and uniquely approach our daily life and challenges comes from our ability to creatively engage with our thoughts and the world around us. Creativity helps us solve problems and adapt to novel situations. Creativity Through Mindfulness will explore the brain's role in the creative process and how mindfulness can help you expand your ability to think outside the box and find new methods for applying creativity in your life.
