Join us for Mindful Tuesdays, an online community dedicated to better living through brain-health based mindfulness practice. In this online community you will be supported by like-minded peers in pursuing a mindfulness practice that helps reduce stress, build resiliency and grow your perspective and awareness. Class topics will be driven by your input and feedback, and each class will include brain health learning, practice techniques and connected peer support. This course is designed for all levels of mindfulness practitioners to gain a deeper understanding and implementation of mindful meditation. Price includes online class plus access to recordings of classes during month of session.
Workshop Dates: Tuesdays, May 5, 12, 19, 26
Workshop Hours: 6 pm – 7 pm CST
Workshop Venue: Online through Zoom video. (The Zoom app is free to download on any device you would like to use to participate in class. More instructions will be sent following enrollment. All sessions will be recorded and available to participants during the month of the session. Instructions for joining and watching classes will be sent to all sign-ups prior to the first class.)
Cancellation Policy: Mastermind offers full refunds if canceled at least 30 days before the event. A partial refund or credit for a future workshop will be given if canceled 14-29 days before the event. Within 14 days of the event, no refunds will be provided.
