Helen Keller said, “Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it.” In challenging times, mindful gratitude practices can teach us how to be intentional with our thoughts, shift our perspective, and cultivate an inner core of resilience and well-being despite outer turbulence. This 30-minute virtual offering will introduce a variety of brain-healthy practices including mindful movement, gratitude meditation, and gratitude journaling.
This is a casual, family-friendly class (kids are welcome!). Optional donations will go directly to support our partner, Thanks-Giving Square.
