Mindful Meditation for Communities of Color

August 20 @ 7:30 pm - 8:15 pm

Find comfort and community as you build a mental health practice with Mastermind Meditate. This monthly session for people of color acknowledges the need for safe spaces that offer connection, mental and physical peace, and a sense of being seen by the facilitator and fellow students. Class participants will learn about the connection between mindful meditation and overall health and experience a short mindful meditation practice to reduce anxiety and stress and foster connection and community. No previous mindfulness or meditation experience required.

Thursday, August 20 • 7:30-8:15pm CST • Happens monthly on the Third Thursday of every month at 7:30pm

The class is donation-based, with the proceeds split between the teacher and Dallas Truth, Racial Healing & Transformation. Suggested donation is $10, but no one will be turned away.
