Find comfort and community as you build a mental health practice with Mastermind Meditate. This monthly session for people of color acknowledges the need for safe spaces that offer connection, mental and physical peace, and a sense of being seen by the facilitator and fellow students. Class participants will learn about the connection between mindful meditation and overall health and experience a short mindful meditation practice to reduce anxiety and stress and foster connection and community. No previous mindfulness or meditation experience required.
