Finding Work-Life Balance

In today’s world of multi-tasking and 24/7 connectivity, work can seem omnipresent and overwhelming. Mindfulness practice can bring us back into balance by acting as a bridge between work and life. In this workshop, you will learn practical strategies for incorporating mindfulness into work and life for greater ease and effectiveness. Participants will practice single-pointed focus to increase engagement and enjoyment in all aspects of their lives.

ZOOM instructions will be sent prior to class. Recorded classes will be available to view for 30 days.
Cancellation Policy: Mastermind offers full refunds if canceled at least 30 days before the event. A partial refund or credit for a future workshop will be given if canceled 14-29 days before the event. Within 14 days of the event, no refunds will be provided.

Dorsey Standish. Dorsey Standish is the Chief Mindfulness Officer of Mastermind, a Dallas-based gym for your brain. Dorsey is a mechanical engineer, neuroscientist, and wellness expert who brings evidence-based mindfulness meditation to clients nationwide. Dorsey has shared science-based mindfulness solutions with hundreds of companies, including Staples, Deloitte, United Way, Peloton, and Pier 1. Dorsey’s teachings draw on her training as a teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction through Brown University and her deep experience on regular seven-day silent meditation retreats studying with master teachers.
