Alexis Ray, MS, RDN, CSSD, LD, RYT is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Mindfulness Facilitator, and Registered Yoga Teacher. A longtime practitioner and advocate of mindful living, Alexis received her certification for science-based mindfulness from Mastermind in 2020. Alexis credits lessons learned on her yoga mat and meditation cushion for supporting her in nurturing relationships with herself and others, and in cultivating a healthy mind and body. Alexis is particularly passionate about mindful eating, which has changed her relationship with food. The more she incorporates mindfulness and mindful eating with her clients, she sees how these transformative practices can impact other people’s lives too. Alexis holds a M.S. in Exercise and Sports Nutrition from Texas Women’s University and a B.S. in Nutritional Science from Texas A&M.
