Creativity Through Mindfulness

July 29 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Research by LinkedIn shows that creativity is the most-wanted soft skill of 2020. But creativity goes beyond the arts – especially if you can’t draw a straight line. The ability to innovatively and uniquely approach our daily life and challenges comes from our ability to creatively engage with our thoughts and the world around us. Creativity helps us solve problems and adapt to novel situations.

Creativity Through Mindfulness will explore the brain’s role in the creative process and how mindfulness can help you expand your ability to think outside the box and find new methods for applying creativity in your life. This live virtual workshop will investigate the connection between creativity and mental wellness and introduce mindfulness strategies to calm the mind and create a fresh palette for creativity. Whether you’re turning an idea into a reality or you simply want to bring a more creative perspective to your day-to-day life, everyone can benefit from this workshop, and no prior meditation experience is required.
