Building Emotional Intelligence: 4-Week Online Series

Raise your EQ – emotional intelligence quotient – with this applied online mindfulness series. This science-based training will improve workplace performance, support personal and professional relationships, and promote overall well-being.

In this 4-week online series, you will:

  • Learn and practice the four components of emotional intelligence: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, and Relationship Management
  • Take a self-assessment to measure your level of competency in each EQ area
  • Understand the research-backed benefits of emotional intelligence for personal and professional success
  • Develop a personal mindfulness routine to enhance relationships and communication.

This course is designed for all levels of meditation practitioners to gain a deeper understanding of mindfulness practices to enhance emotional intelligence.

ZOOM instructions will be sent prior to class. Recorded classes will be available to view for 30 days.
Cancellation Policy: Mastermind offers full refunds if canceled at least 30 days before the event. A partial refund or credit for a future workshop will be given if canceled 14-29 days before the event. Within 14 days of the event, no refunds will be provided.

Dorsey is the Chief Mindfulness Officer of Mastermind Meditation, where she brings research-backed mindfulness and mindful movement to clients throughout the state of Texas. A lifelong learner and scientist, Dorsey has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and is enrolled in the UT Dallas Applied Cognition and Neuroscience Master’s Program. After mindfulness transformed her own work, health and relationships, Dorsey left her corporate role at Texas Instruments to share the power of mindfulness with others full-time. Dorsey’s teachings combine neuroscience research with her experiences in Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program and multiple weekend and 10-day silent meditation retreats.
