In this 4-week online series, you will:
- Learn and practice the four components of emotional intelligence: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, and Relationship Management
- Take a self-assessment to measure your level of competency in each EQ area
- Understand the research-backed benefits of emotional intelligence for personal and professional success
- Develop a personal mindfulness routine to enhance relationships and communication.
This course is designed for all levels of meditation practitioners to gain a deeper understanding of mindfulness practices to enhance emotional intelligence.
