In today’s world, it’s easy to become overwhelmed by constant stimulation from our digital devices. Many of us have a love-hate relationship with the electronics that bring us work updates, news, and messages from loved ones. This workshop will explore mindful ways to cultivate a healthy relationship to your digital technology. Participants will leave with a digital detox plan and a renewed sense of intention in using technology.
