Embracing Sensory Pleasure at Spanish House

Led by Dorsey Standish 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm
May 9th, 2018

Our brains are wired more strongly for desire than for pleasure, which means we often miss out on potential enjoyment during everyday activities. This workshop on sensory pleasure will allow us to embrace our connection with the five senses through mindful use of essential oils, mindful self-massage, mindful eating, and mindful art gazing. Reconnect with much-deserved pleasure and treat yourself to an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation through the five senses.
